The hotel is very very nice! It's new, very comfortable, elegant and super clean. The rooftop on the 16th floor is very cool with a nice swimming pool, gym, spa, and bar and has a nice view over the city. The location is awesome as it is across the the Santa Fe shopping center, walking distance from the Oviedo shopping center, close to many other restaurants, and a short taxi ride away from Provenza. The breakfast was wonderful as well, the variety is good! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help, especially Vanessa was very helpful to us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time we visit Medellin again, we will for sure be staying here again!

As I was disappointed in other Hotel I decided to change my hotel to these Hotel it was extremely beautiful hotel very clean stuff very friendly from first minute from the doorman to the reception and as on the second day after work he was very rainy day I was hungry I could not use my phone to any app that I can order food and the Beautiful stuff have tried to help me use their phone to order food while I was there and then I made the manager and we had a chat and I could not expect any better service and I had chole it's absolutely amazing allocation opposite a mole close quiet and the main thing is stuff for a great Hotel was clean everyone was respected and helpful, a special thanks to Mr. Diego Gomez and his staff Vanessa Victor y Daimler I really appreciate all the help that was given to me and be nice to me and appreciate your service guys and thanks for your time and I look forward to seeing you again hopefully toward the end of the year Sam and Barkho

Bed is comfy and clean. Views are nice. Roof top with pool and dining bar have 360° view to the city and the mountains. DJs at the weekend. Some of the staff is great and professional. The rest seems a bit bored and is not giving great service.

I really enjoyed all the services and effort the hotel staff made. a few days before my return trip i needed a covid test and i asked the hotel if they knew a good place to go and get one. the hotel instead found a nurse who could come to my room and administer the test. beyond impressed

The sauna and Turkish bath were fantastic, the room was great and modern with all the amenities. Big bathroom and very light overall

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Estelar. I give the hotel a 4 star rating due to the staff, the rooms, the food and atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It is located on the southern end of Poblado right next to the Santa Fe mall. The Hotel is very classy (I am talking like the Hamptons/Hilton Hotel) with a very professional staff. They help me in the accommodations and overall was very helpful to my needs. The beds were excellent and rooms are large and I was able to connect via wifi and do some work on my laptop. If you are visiting Medellin for business or pleasure, I will definitely recommend this hotel.
